Thanks to all who responded to our call for duvet covers – crisis over, but we still need regular supplies so please keep them coming! Latest shortages are Cereal Bowls, Dustpans and Brush, Washing-up Liquid and Light Bulbs. Thanks.
We are desperately short of double duvet covers. If you can help, please contact us.
Donations for buying clock radios came to £252! (before gift aid), plus an associated donation of £200. Wonderful, many thanks to all those who donated.
The hand made doll’s birthday competition was won by Claire from near Selkirk and raised £127 for funding our packs. This wonderful hand made doll whose birthday was 7th October, was donated by Irene McFadzen of Cottage Dolls Ettrick Valley, who is also a committee member. Happy Christmas! Our appeal for people to donate the cost of a clock radio to include in packs to single homeless people for their new home is gaining momentum. We now have nearly £200 so far and still 14 days to Christmas! Click on the Facebook link to get a copy of a form.
